Utilizing my years of experience as a former educator and instructional coach, I am able to identify learning gaps in order to design and develop effective learning solutions to elicit performance and behavior changes. My passion for assisting individuals to successfully learn and grow through well organized and thoughtful training, fuels my work ethic and guides me to continue to grow as a professional instructional designer.
