Lets Play for U – Peoria
This past weekend, the cold weather caused havoc for the tournament in Peoria. Our schedule was difficult with a 9PM game Friday, having to be back for a camp at 7AM Saturday, a combine in the middle of the day then back for a 10PM game Saturday night and then back again at 7:45AM Sunday for a 9AM start… We went 3-2 on the weekend and played a few 18u teams. First Quarter, First Honors – St Louis wash out
St Louis was a wash out… We got our 2 Friday games in and our first game in Saturday was cut short, we ended up 2-1…. Below is my favorite hit of the weekend #fearthebounce !
This weekend we are in Peoria at Let’s Play For U Showcase. The weather forecast is making a mess of the schedule however we are guaranteed to be doing something on Saturday(indoors) and Sunday(outdoors).
Sparks Pumpkin Fest onto St. Louis Showcase
This past weekend, my team played up at the 18U level at the Sparks Pumpkin Fest and went 3-1. I went 4-5 with 4 walks. First tournament back after an injury felt great! Highlight film is posted on youtube with a few clips included below. This weekend we head to St. Louis, schedule is posted below.
End of 2018/19 season, start of sophomore year & start of 2019/20 season
End of summer start of fall has been very busy. The 2018/19 Softball Season was amazing and I am so grateful for the time I spent with my team and for the things I’ve learned from my coaches! 2019/20 season is off to an awesome start as I’ve made a change in teams and organizations as I am now playing for Jill Harvey’s Sparks Premiere Black 16u team. I love my teammates and coach; we have shown we have a great future ahead of us! School is in full swing, our first quarter just ended and I finished with a 4.22 GPA earning me first honors!
Provi 2019 Softball!
I played both JV and varsity for Providence this year. I started the season off on JV where I played 15 games starting in center field and was our leadoff hitter. In those 15 games, I stole 20 bases on 20 attempts and batted .509. I played 18 games for our varsity team starting 13 games in left field and finished the season with a combined average of .456.
